I think the correct option would be number 4.

"Finishing quickly is not as important as answering all question correctly".

Using this word in the sentence would make the most sense.

I also recognized an error: the word question should be plural.

So, "Finishing quickly is not as important as answering all questions correctly".

When you add sugar to it, your cup of coffee becomes not only sweet, also fattens.

cup of not use correctly

Is that another question or is it a statement?

a statement

Yes, #4 is correct for the first sentence. The gerunds should match: finishing/answering.

In the second sentence, "cup of" is correct. That's not the problem. WHAT also fattens? The sentence does not make that clear. As it stands, it makes no sense. How would you correct that?
Answered by David
The sentence structure seems to be a bit weird. The part "also fattens" makes no sense and it doesn't seem like it would belong in this particular sentence.

Could you rephrase it?
Is this a homework problem?
