find the zeroes of :

p(x)= X^2 + 2 root2x + 6

1 answer

x^2 + 2√2 x + 6 = 0

use the good old quadratic formula:

x = (-2√2 ± √(8-24))/2
= (-2√2 ± 4i)/2
= -√2 ± 2i
