find the difference when (-2x^2+7x-5) is subtracted from (3x^2-4x+2).

-2x^2+7x-5
- (3x^2-4x+2) so I changed it to
+ (-3x^2+4x-2)
I got -5x^2+11x-7
Is this correct?

3x^2-4x+2
- (-2x^2+7x-5)

3x^2-4x+2
2x^2 -7x +5
=
5x^2 -11x +7
thank you for your help. I guess I put the wrong one on top when I subtracted. I seem to get mixed up which goes first when they ask the wording of the difference.
Thanks for showing me what I did wrong.
