= 3[x^2 - [3(2-x)]^2]
= 3[(x+3(2-x)][x-3(2-x)]
= 3(x + 6 - 3x)(x - 6 + 3x)
= 3(-2x+6)(4x-6)
= 12(3-x)(2x-3)
