The least data is the smallest section of the circle; the greatest data is the largest section of the circle.
Here are some ways:

If the diagram of the circle graph is exact then using a protractor you can measure the angles.

Ex; Suppose an angle is 90 degress. The total degrees of a circle is 360 degrees.

90/360 = 1/4 = 0.25 = 25 %

Another way is just by reading the statistics.

Highest percentage means the most.
