Question

log(base4)=(8x1/8)
=1

I got 1 but the back of the book says 0...?

trying to decipher what you meant

log(base4)8 + log(base4)(1/8 log(base4)=(8x1/8)
=1 ??

log(base4)(1/8 log(base4) ---- something wrong here.
