What about the knowledge and skills you gain from social studies, science, phys ed and other courses?
Well I agree because you should have knowledge about these two important subjects, and since you would be taking courses that include science, etc. it would probably be good if you improve your skills on these subjects and it will improve your use of skills in daily life, include this in the essay
