On the night of August 15th, 2021, thieves broke into our house while my parents were away for a weekend trip. I was at home alone when I heard some noises coming from the hallway. As I walked out of my room to investigate, I was stunned to see two masked individuals rummaging through our belongings.

I quickly ran back to my room and called the police. I provided them with a detailed description of the intruders - one was tall with a beard and the other was shorter and had a scar on his left cheek. They were wearing all black clothing and gloves to avoid leaving any fingerprints.

The thieves stole several valuable items, including my parents' jewelry, electronics, and some cash. They also ransacked the entire house, leaving a mess behind. It was a terrifying experience for me, being home alone and witnessing a burglary first-hand.

The police arrived shortly after I made the call and began their investigation. They collected evidence, including fingerprints and footprints left by the intruders. I also showed them the surveillance footage from our home security cameras, which captured the break-in.
