Please be more specific as to whether that is a #1 or 1 is part of the question because you put a space in between the 1 and 2/5 which would lead to different answers but not 15.

1 2/5 = 7/5 if this is true...

(7/5)/21= 0.0666

Writing it differently can mean alot of things you see.

I just copied it as a decimal (I didn't copy all the 6's) but if I had used the fraction function I would have also gotten 1/15 which is the same.
