This is what I had:
0.3180g Cu x 1mol Cu/63.5g Cu x 2mol Ag/1mol Cu x 107.87g Ag/1mol Ag = 1.079g Ag

Using your numbers I obtained 1.0804 g which rounds to 1.080 g Ag to 4 significant figures. I suspect you first calculated mols Cu = 0.3180/63.5 and read that number, then multiplied by the rest of the equation. I leave my numbers in the calculator and do the calculation all at once. That way I don't make rounding errors.
Thanks for the advice! I was still getting an odd theoretical yield but that was probably from the data we collected.
