I would say The -4 would be 4 spaces to the left of 0, or the center point and the 10 is 10 spaces up from there.

Are -4 and 10 the x and y intercepts?
All you have done is say what the "domain" of x is. That tells me that the graph goes from x=-4 to x = 10. You have not said what the FUNCTION is. The function tells you the value of y at each x.

I cannot describe a graph of a function unless you specify the function
