During a team meeting to discuss the progress of a project, one of my colleagues mentioned that a certain task was delayed. I asked a follow-up question to understand the reasons behind the delay. I asked, "What were the main challenges you faced that contributed to the delay?" This question was aimed at gathering more information about the specific issues that led to the setback, allowing us to address them effectively. By probing further, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the situation and offer appropriate solutions to mitigate future delays.
