Recently, my team was working on a project that had a tight deadline and required input from multiple team members. One of our team members was feeling overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with their assigned tasks.
I took action by scheduling a meeting with the team member to discuss their workload and priorities. I offered to take on some of their tasks and reassigned some responsibilities to other team members to lighten the load. I also provided support and guidance on how to approach their tasks more efficiently and effectively.
The outcome was that the team member was able to focus on their key priorities and meet their deadlines with less stress. By redistributing tasks and providing support, the team was able to achieve their project objectives within the set timeframe.
