Could you please help?

The Christmas tree store has a parking lot that will hold 1000 vehicles. 2/5 of the parking spaces are for cars. When you went to buy your tree, there were 200 cars and some trucks in the parking lot. The parking lot was 3/4 full. How many trucks were in it?

Thank you

The parking lot can hold 1000 cars+trucks.
2/5 are for cars; therefore, 2/5 x 1000 = 400 spaces for cars.
The parking lot was 3/4 full so 3/4 x 1000 = 750 cars and trucks.
But there were 200 cars; therefore, the number of trucks must be 750-200 = ??
Check my thinking.
I checked and the answers is 500 trucks?
