Jason Turner thought he did the right thing when he had seen a man get into a car and drive off much too fast. A year earlier, another dangerous drive was injuring a friend of his, when he was knocking him off his motorbike. So Mr. Turner, a 36-year-old financial dealer, had followed the man in his own car. When they had stopped at traffic, Lighter Turner had shouted at the other driver. He was telling him to slow down. But the other driver hadn't taken any notice. Mr. Turner Later was telling the police that it was only then that he was trying to hit the other car. "The man drove too fast, and often on the wrong side of the road. Mr. Turner had to pay a large fine for dangerous driving. Was that right," Mr. Turner had explained. 'And I was stopping him.' The police did n right? What do you think?
