When they had stopped at traffic, Lighter Turner had shouted at the other driver. He was telling him to slow down. But the other driver hadn't taken any notice. Mr. Turner Later was telling the police that it was only then that he was trying to hit the other car. "The man drove too fast, and often on the wrong side of the road. Mr. Turner had to pay a large fine for dangerous driving. Was that right," Mr. Turner had explained. 'And I was stopping him.' The police did n right? What do you think?
