Convert to Polar: (3, -7)

A) ( √58, 337)
B) ( √58, 23)
C) ( √6, 337)
D) ( √6, 23)

I do not know which is the correct answer because I worked it out and got (√58, -66.8014)
Could you please tell mewhich answer is the right one

well, you know it will be in QIV, so 270 < θ < 360

arctan(7/3) = 66.8014°
But you want arctan(-7/3) = -66.8014°, in QIV. So, add 360 to that to get 293.19°

Hmmm. Not one of the choices. However, arctan(-3/7) = 337°

Looks like there was a typo in the problem.
