Case Study

Josh Smith is a new trainee who is yet to undergo any training. He has been sent to get stock from the remote storeroom. He has an extensive list of items that he needs to get, including several cartons of drinks, each weighing approximately 10kg.
The cartons are stored on a shelf above shoulder height. The lighting is poor, and he has trouble seeing the carton. He would have used the electric trolley to help transport the stock from the storeroom, but the cable was faulty, and he was worried about getting an electric shock. He must carry all of the items back. Josh has reported the hazards to you.
