Can you please tell me if the corrections in my previous post were all OK?
I have a few more doubts.

7) The Romantics laid attention(correction: laid emphasis)on the experience of childhood

He goes on a voyage of expedition to Africa.
9) He wrote a postcript, in which he said (better: stated) that all the brutes had to be killed.
