1) We’d like to reserve three seats (for two adults and a child) on the train from Berlin to Bremen leaving at 13.30 on 11th August.
2) We can’t complete the reservation on line because they say the password we have chosen is "too weak".
3) Can you please suggest us a suitable password?

1) We’d like to reserve three seats (for two adults and a child) on the train from Berlin to Bremen leaving at 13.30 on 11th August.

The parentheses are not needed. If 1330 is military time, it does not require a decimal point. In the United States, it would be August 11th.

2) We can’t complete the reservation on line (comma) because they say the password we have chosen is "too weak". "Online" is one word.

3) Can you please suggest us a suitable password? Delete "us" or use "for us" at the end of the sentence.
