Can you check if my paragraph is grammatically correct in passé composé?
j'ai vu un blanc chien. Je suis allé à classe de piano. J'ai allé à guitare classe. J'ai suis à mon amie's maison. Nous sommes joué au tennis. J'ai fait mon travail pour école. J'ai allé sur Tumblr and j'ai parlé avec mon amies. à dix heures du soir je suis allé au lit.

I see by the name "Lauren" that you are female. With the passé composé using the verb être, the past participle must reflect that when the subject is "je." = Je suis allée... Sentence 3 again is the verb aller (verb of coming, going, going up, down, out, etc.) using être = Je suis allée ¡a la classe de guitare.
Because you give no English for what you are trying to say, I'm not exactly sure what sentence #4 is saying = I went to my friend's house? Also remember that in French there is no "'s" for possession. = Je suis allé ¡a la maison de mon amie. (word order is bad here.)
We played tennis = this does NOT use être but avoir as the helping verb = Nous avons joué au tennis. Often in French, the definite article is used = pour l'école.
Because I'm not sure what "Tumbir" is, at least it will be "Je suis allée....... In French, if the noun is plursl, so are all the adjectives modifying it = avec mes amies.
A new sentence must capitalize the first word...`A dix heures. ....je suis allée au lit. To vary this a bit so you aren't using the same verb all the time, you might say..."je me suis couchée (I went to bed, Reflexive verbs also use être, in case you haven't gotten that far.)
