Can someone help me with the formula of horsepower? In my lesson, it shows me how power = ft*lb/s... but then it kinda stops and doesn't tell me how to find hp from this. I tried searching online but I'm still confused. There's something about watts and that it's practically the same equation as power but I still don't get it. Here are the calculations I need to work with:

ft = 5
lb = 106
s = 3.95
increase gpe = 530
power = 134.18
hp = ?

thanks

1 horsepower hp = 550.00foot pounds per second ft-lb/sec
I did this equation and I got 1 hp = 14063.29113924. But I don't think this is all there is to it? I'm sorry I sound stupid but I'm still stuck:(
omg I just figured it out, I got it! Sorry!
