oops, i just saw that I put history this is supposed to be for tourism and hospitality.
That still doesn't answer my question. I've seen Pyramids in Egypt that was a mega event over 4,000 years ago.
I've seen devastation from World War II in the United Kingdom -- certainly a mega event from about 75 years ago.
