Please let me explain that this is a HELP site. You need to DO what you can first. Use your textbook or a good dictionary Spanish--->English /
English --->Spanish. In the appendices you should find regular and irregular verbs. Here is the ver ser, conjugated in the Present Indicative Tense. It is an irregular verb, so that means you must learn to memorize the forms.
It helps to know what kind of learner you are. Visual - you need to SEE what you want to learn. Use the bilious green, orange, pink, etc. to color code what is difficult to remember. That helps "set" the verb forms in your memory. The key to learning is REPETITION, REPETITION.
Aural = you need to HEAR what you want to learn. Put the verb forms on tape: give a subject pronoun, leave a space where you will try to fill it in and then say the correct form. While you are practicing, it will help verify if you are correct or n ot.
Kinesthetic = you need to be physically involved in learning - trace it, copy it, "walk" through it. Be creative.
Many people are a combination of 2 of the 3 styles of learning, but once you learn how to "attack" learning something new, it will help you.
Here is ser conjugated:
yo soy
tú eres
él/ella/ustedes
nosotros/nosotras somos
vosotros/vosotras sois (many textbooks do not teach the 2nd person plural)
ellos/ellas/ustedes son
Now memorize those forms, go back up to the exercises. Fill in the answer and I'll come back later to check them for you.
