Are the following sentences punctuated correctly?
Although, there is no definite evidence of malignancy, a biopsy should still be performed.

No, #1 there should not be a comma after "although", The whole thing is an introductory adverb clause.
#2 "incidently should have commas before and after.
#3 "in my opinion" should be separated by commas before and after... There should not be a comma after "surgery".
