Use the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation.
ou will need pKa for acetic acid. The base in the HH equation is 0.250 and the acid is 0.350 M. Plug in and turn the crank.
can i even work this? it seems like i need more before i can.

pH=pka+log(.250/.350)

because the question dosent give me anything else
