I need help on it but I don't know what they mean but there are two red numbers which are 50 and 3 but than it says Distance equals rate times

i think maybe 50 and 30 and the rest of the numbers might either be distance or time
To find the distance you must know the time.
Distance = speed times time
You do not say the time.
if it is in hours, then
distance in miles = miles per hour * time in hours
again I have no idea if you need other units requiring converson
