3x^0 - 2(x - 3^0) - |-11 - 2| = 4x(2-5^0) - 7x

I don't know if you are aware of this, but anything to the "zero power" = 1 and the vertical lines indicate absolute value (regardless of sign). So this translates to:
1 - 2(x - 1) - 13 = 4x - 7x
