C3H6N6O6 + O2==> H2O + CO2 + CO2 + N2
You should be able to balance this.
2C3H6N6O6 + 9O2 ==> 6H2O + 6CO2 + 6CO2 + 6N2

your carbon atoms aren't equal and i didn't split up my carbon dioxides however it should change anything balancing wise.
2C3H6N6O6 + 3O2==> 6h20 +6CO2(or 3CO2 +3CO2) + 6N2
C=6 C=6
H=12 H=12
N=12 N=12
O=18 O=18
Hope this helps!
