An elementary bilingual teacher asks you to come to her class to talk to her students about how you
used to celebrate the holidays with your family. First you want your Spanish teacher to hear what
you plan to say. Be sure to include where you used to celebrate most family holidays, what you used
to do, who got together with you to celebrate, and what your favorite family holiday was and why.
Your answer should be 1-2 paragraphs
Your teacher has to decide who will share hotel rooms during your class trip to Mexico. What could
you say about your morning routine so that your teacher can choose your roommate? Give as many
details as possible so that he or she can determine if you are really compatible roommates.
Your answer should be 1-2 paragraphs in length.
En la mañana me levanto y generalmente lavo los dientes. Entonces me gusta ducharse y secar el pelo. Como pongo mi maquillaje, escucho mi música en mi iPod con auriculares. Después de eso, yo hago mi cama y yo limpio mi habitación. Siempre hago mis propios desayunos saludables. Cuando he comido, he leído un libro en silencio. No me gusta ser ruidoso y una falta de respeto a mis compañeros de clase. Así es como mi rutina diaria va y yo soy muy respetuoso.
spelling, grammar? Anything I need to fix?

"En la mañana" should be "Por la mañana." Washing the teeth is also a reflexive verb = me lavo los dientes. There is another reflexive infinitive that must agree with the subject = me gusta ducharme y secarme el pelo. Using the Present Perfect Tense implies that it HAS happenED and because the other verbs are in the Present Tense, I'd stay there = Cuando como, leo un libro. If you are female, "ruidoso" should be feminine (I can not tell by "Alex" which could be feminine OR masculine!). Rather than "y una falta" how about "con una falta..." Also, check the adjective "respetuoso."
I'll flag this and come back later to see if you have further questions. If you have time, you might like to redo both paragraphs, making all the corrections, for a final proofreading.

I'm confused about the lo que part.. I wanted to write: It was exciting to open each one of them and to read from who they were from. "Fue muy emocionante para abrir cada uno de ellos y leer lo que."
Are they both completed?
"Después de que volver" = this is still incorrect because it should be the preposition which is easier anyway because that always uses the infinitive, if a verb follows = Después de volver
"leer lo que. " = this is incomplete = leer lo que era = read what it was
However, if you want to say "and to read from whom they were" = y leer de quién(es) eran.
"pongo mi maquillaje" = you need to say that you are putting it on YOURSELF, rather than on someone else = me pongo el maquillaje
Yes, they look completed as you answered all the questions that were to be covered.
