Choose the answer your book emphasizes.
This is about the poorest question I have ever seen on science methods. One has to specify the purpose of the activity, and then what is to be done. Short phrases such is this is meaningless.

Six to 12 years, we expect inquiry to be going on, the only inquiry activity really hinted at is b.
