I think 1 and 3. Can you check? I could not find this in my lesson.

Categorized by whom? It is a depressant. It is also a drug, but it is legal, so is categorized differently by the Federal government. Medical diagnostic manuals also differ on how to categorize it as a "drug", an addictive substance, or just what to call it. The "correct" answer is in your assigned reading.
