A raft was sent away from point A downstream. A patrol-boat left A 5 hour and 20 min later and caught up with the raft 20 km away from point A. What was the speed of the raft if the speed of the patrol-boat was 12 km/hour?

This is very late, but the system counted it as wrong because it considered the speed of the downstream (and the rate of 12km per hour was, I suppose with considering the down stream). So Matt, Reiny was wrong and you are extremely immature don't understand why you take such a think to heart...
