A new penny has a mass of 2.54 g and a volume of 0.354 cm3. Is the penny made of pure copper? what is its density?

thanks:) Density is mass/volume but I don't know how to find it with g and cm3

Well, mass is in g and volume is in cc (stands for cubic centimeter) so
density = mass/volume = 2.54g/0.354 cc = ?? g/cc.

Then compare with the density of pure copper.
so how would I make it ___(g)/ 1 cc?
divide 2.54 by .354
oh yah. Thanks I got it:)
