I believe you at the 50 000 and the 30 000 N to get f net, then 4000 kg is the mand , then just put the numbers into the equation a= fnet/m ? Am i on the right track?

50,000 - 30,000 = fnet = m a
so
a = 20,000/4000 = 20/4 = 5 m/s^2
