can you take it from here? Wondering where you got the idea this is calculus.this is hardly prealgebra.
A. If the focal length of the convex lens is supposed to be 5 cm, and if the image is formed 7 cm from the lens, find the distance, p, from the lens to the object. (It’s not necessary to simplify your answer.)

Yeah, its on my AP Calculus homework actually, in reality its just a small part of a very very long question, I just wanted to make sure I did my work right because the first step is the most important in this problem because if I get part A wrong then I will end up getting all the rest wrong as well.
