KE = 1/2*m*v^2
For the first one you have
m = 60 kg
v = 3 m/s
KE = 1/2*60*(3)^2
KE = 30*9 = 270 joules
You do the second one the same way.
For part 2.
KE =1/2*mv^2
m= 20 kg
v= 3 m/2
KE= 1/2*20*(3)^2
KE=10*9=90 joules
