now bring out the prime number
and that of perfect square
and don,t forget the total outcome is 20
now
pr(P or E)=additional
pr(prime number or perfect number)=addition
so 55% is the answer @ collins?

and
perfect square is 4
8/20+4/20=12/20
now reduce to the lowest term
