You need to know the angles that the ropes make with the vertical. Call the angles A1 and A2 and the rope tension forces F1 and F2. If A1 is positive, A2 is negative. This keeps it from moving horizontally
F1 + F2 = Weight = 650 lb
F1 sin A1 + F2 sin A2 = 0
Solve for F1 and F2.
