the horizontal components of the two ropes' tensions balance each other
the combined vertical components equal 400 N
sin(60º) = T1v / 400 N
T2v = 400 N - T1v
cos(60º) = T1h = T2H
T2 = √[(T2v)² + (T2h)²]
