A 4400 kg car can acceletare from 0-25 m/s in 4 seconds. What force must the engine created to accomplish this acceleration?
176 N
1100 N
17600 N
27500 N
An elevator is moving up with an acceleration of 3.36 m/s squared. What would be the apparent weight of a 64.2 kg man in the elevator?
215.71 N
413.45 N
844.87 N
Need more information
I believe the first one is 17600 N and the second answer is 215.71 N but this worksheet is only worth a tiny amount of points so I cant really afford to miss anything, So I need someone to double check these answers.

Okay the second one is the third answer because something like M(a+g) where m is the weight a is the acceleration and g was 9.8 so I got 844.87
the first one I still cant figure it out.
