At Axia college the MAT116 final, is it a timed test? I'm in the class now and some of us need to prepare accordingly.

All tests have some sort of time limits. Are you asking whether it is a speed test or a power test?

A power test gives more than enough time for the average person to complete the test.

A speed test is one that allows less than enough time for the average person to complete the test. This puts more pressure on whomever takes the test. Older people do not do as well on speed tests.

The preparation for both types of tests is essentially the same. However, your concern suggests test anxiety. These articles might be helpful.

It is not a timed test

The test is available at the beginning of the week and not due till sunday, so it looks like a week is your time limit.
