    y axis intercept is where x = 0
y = 0 -5
now we just did slopes in the earlier problem
same deal again
(1 - -3)/ (4 - -2)
=(1+3)/(4+2)

y = 0 -5
now we just did slopes in the earlier problem
same deal again
(1 - -3)/ (4 - -2)
=(1+3)/(4+2)
