how would you find the ratio of moles of copper produced to moles of iron used is the moles of iron used is .067 and the moles of copper produced is .01?

Just take the ratio of the two numbers; i.e., divide one by the other. If you want mols Cu/mols Fe the Cu number goes on top and the Fe number goes on the bottom.
