Find the slope of the line through the points

slope, call it m, is
m = (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
m = (-4 - 4) / (0 - -4)
= -8/4
= -2
NOW SKETCH A GRAPH AND LOOK AT THOSE POINTS AND A LINE FROM THE FIRST TO THE SECOND. NEVER do one of these problems with sketching a quick graph off to the side.
