Alright I don't think you worded the question correcly buddy but here goes anyways
When electron particles( Energy/ electricity) passes though wires they travel very fast but when they hit a curve in the weire they produce heat and light, this is because the electrons are traveling so fast, when they hit the turn they burn and creae light. An example is a heater of a light bulb, have you ever seen inside a light bulb before there are these copper wires inside them that conducts the electricity and when they turn on that corner the resistors causes the elcectorons to produce heat and light
