I'm having trouble putting these equations in standard form. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Y=12x+4
Y= -8x+-5
Y=-2x+8
Y=5x+5
Y=18x+-3
Y=12x+4
Y= -8x+-5

some texts refer to
Ax + By = C as standard form, and
AX+ By + K = 0 as general form
so in either case you want the x and y terms on the left side, leading with a positive x
I will do the third and then you do the rest in the same way
y = 5x + 5
-5x + y = 5
multiply each term by -1 to get a positive x term
5x - y = -5 OR 5x - y + 5 = 0, depending on your definition of general term
let me know what you got for the others.
