Hello,
I am just curious. Why do people sweat more right after the vigorous excercise than during the exercise?

Lungs can release a lot of heat when exercising, deep breaths, exhaling a lot of water vapor (water vapor transports heat energy). AFter exercise, the breathing rate reduces, so the body then shifts to evaporation (sweating) to get rid of the excess heat.
