1 L of 0.1L? What kind of double talk is that? You must have means 1 L of 0.1M NaOH.

mols NaOH needed = M x L = 0.1M x 1L = 0.1 mol NaOH.
mols NaoH = grams/molar mass. You know molar mass and mols, solve for grams.
