Perform each operation, convert to a fraction, & then convert your answer back to a mix number.
-4(7/8)x 3(2/3) I did 8*-4+7/8 & got -25/8
then 3*3+2/3 & got 11/3 then i multiplied -25/8* 11/3 & got -275/34 but it's not the right answer, the answer is -17(7/8) not sure what I'm doing wrong?

-4(7/8)x 3(2/3)

-28/8 * 6/3 = -168/24 = 7
