NaHCO3 + HC2H3O2 ==> NaHC2H3O2 + H2O
NaHCO3 is sodium bicarbonate (or sodium hydrogen carbonate is the more modern name).
HC2H3O2 is acetic acid. Only the first H listed is acidic which is why they list it separately).
This is like a long line of acid/base reactions.
acid + base = salt + H2O In this case the NaHCO3 is the base, HC2H3O2 is the acid (a weak one) and it produces a salt (NaC2H3O2 which is sodium acetate) + H2O.
